Job description

POSITION OVERVIEW

Our client is seeking a knowledgeable Payroll Systems Analyst to support the optimization, troubleshooting, and ongoing maintenance of its payroll technology stack. This individual will play a key role in supporting system integrations, participating in platform testing and upgrade activities, and contributing to their payroll transformation initiative including future Workforce Software (WFS) projects.



KEY RESPONSIBILITIE

S• Support day-to-day operations and maintenance of payroll platforms including ADP GlobalView, SuccessFactors, and Workforce Software (WFS

)• Troubleshoot payroll system issues, data discrepancies, and integration failures between HR and payroll platform

s• Participate in system testing activities including unit testing, regression testing, and UAT for system changes and upgrade

s• Support configuration and optimization of payroll integrations between SuccessFactors, ADP, and WF

S• Document system processes, integration workflows, and configuration decisions for knowledge managemen

t• Contribute to payroll transformation projects and upcoming WFS initiatives as a functional systems resourc

e• Coordinate with IT, HR Technology, and Payroll Operations to identify and resolve system-related issue
