We're looking for a detail-oriented Prime Contract Administrator to join our team and support prime contract administration for complex projects. In this role, you'll ensure compliance with contractual requirements, manage documentation, and collaborate with multiple departments to keep projects on track. Location
Idaho Falls, Scoville, ID. This position is on an active contruction site, on the Naval Reactor Facility (NRF). Daily attendance to the NRF is expected.
Responsibilities
  • Manage non-technical aspects of assigned projects in coordination with contract managers, project managers, and project teams.
  • Document, track, and process contract changes, amendments, and modifications throughout project execution.
  • Interpret and communicate contract terms, conditions, and procedures to ensure compliance.
  • Maintain accurate logs and records of contractual correspondence for timely communication and documentation.
  • Coordinate with discipline leads and Procurement to support change management and flow-down of prime contract requirements.
  • Monitor contract compliance by tracking deliverables, schedules, certifications, and required documentation.
  • Assist in developing and maintaining contract administration processes and tools; provide training as needed.
  • Review contract documents to identify potential conflicts, ambiguities, and risks.
  • Prepare and distribute contractual and progress-related reports as requested.

Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Pre-Law, Supply Chain, or related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in contract or subcontract administration, or prime contract support.
  • Working knowledge of FAR and federal contracting procedures; familiarity with DEAR and commercial nuclear contracts is a plus.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to collaborate across internal and external stakeholders.
  • Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and analyze contract-related issues.
  • Familiarity with the construction industry, including bidding and execution phases, preferred.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams).Experience with SharePoint, Smartsheet, and SAP preferred but not required.
