We are seeking a full-time Program Manager for day to day operations of a Human Performance (HP) program. This work will incorporate job-specific conditioning, cutting-edge HP technology, and easy-access prehab & rehab.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities
  • Strategic Alignment: Ensure all projects support long-term company goals and core business strategies
  • Cross-Team Coordination: Manage dependencies and communication between various project managers, vendors, and cross-functional departments
  • Budget & Resource Oversight: Develop, track, and control the financial budget and resource allocation across multiple streams
  • Risk & Performance Tracking: Identify potential risks early, implement mitigation plans, and report programming progress to executive stakeholders
  • Provide day-to-day contractor coordination at assigned sites; track roster status, absences, and workload handoffs against continuity standards.
  • Support the PMO to manage the cost, schedule, and performance of the contract
  • Plan, analyze, and determine hiring needs based on attrition, surge, and emerging customer requirements
  • Support onboarding logistics and local Government integration for incoming personnel
  • Coordinate with Component leads, Government site representatives, and higher-level program management to maintain mission continuity and compliance with contract requirements
  • Identify and mitigate operational risks related to staffing gaps, credentialing delays, or administrative bottlenecks
  • Ensure adherence to all applicable Statement of Work (SOW) requirements, security protocols, and reporting standards

Required (Minimum Necessary) Qualifications
  • Education Requirements: Master of Science, Kinesiology
  • Level of Experience Requirements: 10 years of Human Performance support in the government space
  • Leadership & Communication: Strong ability to motivate teams, resolve conflicts, and facilitate stakeholder alignment.
  • Organizational Management: Exceptional time management, multi-tasking, and strategic planning capabilities.
  • Financial Acumen: Practical knowledge of budgeting, forecasting, and financial accounting.
