CRNA Day Shift - Mauston, WI
Facility: Mile Bluff Medical Center
Novus Anesthesia Partners is excited to partner with Mile Bluff Medical Center! We are dedicated to building a cohesive and high-performing clinical team with a sustainable, professional and supportive environment while expanding our mission to improve the delivery of anesthesia for rural and community hospitals .
We are seeking talented CRNAs to help us in Mauston. You will work collaboratively in a strong team-oriented atmosphere where anesthesia, surgeons, and OR staff truly collaborate to deliver superior patient care.
Caseload includes: Gen Surge, Podiatry, Urology, OB/Gyn, Ophthalmology, Orthopedics, and Oral/Maxillofacial
Compensation: W2 or 1099 Option
โ€ข $360K 1099 Option
โ€ข 8 weeks of Time Off
โ€ข W2 option with benefits available

Qualifications:
โ€ข Candidates with strong independent practice experience including
regional and neuraxial anesthesia
โ€ข All Novus providers must meet state licensure requirements.
โ€ข Providers must complete and meet hospital credentialing requirements
for the hospitals where they will have privileges.
โ€ข Two or more years of clinical anesthesia experience preferred.
โ€ข Must have solid decision-making ability.
โ€ข Current certification as a CRNA with a WI license
โ€ข Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
โ€ข Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
โ€ข Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Responsibilities:
โ€ข Maintain accurate patient records and documentation.
โ€ข Assist with patient preparation and recovery.
โ€ข Adhere to all safety and infection control protocols.
