Job Title: SENIOR AI FULL STACK DEVELOPER

Job Type: Contract/FTE

Location: Boston, MA | Hybrid / Remote

JOB OVERVIEW

We are seeking an experienced Senior AI Full Stack Developer to design, develop, and deploy enterprise-grade AI applications, intelligent agents, and data-driven solutions. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience with Generative AI, Azure AI services, modern data platforms, backend/API development, and production-ready AI workflows.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Design, develop, and deploy AI-powered enterprise applications and intelligent agent workflows.
  • Build RAG-based knowledge, search, document intelligence, and enterprise information solutions.
  • Design and develop scalable backend services, RESTful APIs, microservices, and integration components.
  • Integrate AI solutions with enterprise data platforms, cloud services, and business applications.
  • Develop end-to-end AI data pipelines and intelligent workflows for production use cases.
  • Implement prompt engineering, agent orchestration, and Generative AI capabilities using modern AI frameworks.
  • Collaborate with data, cloud, product, and engineering teams to translate business requirements into scalable AI solutions.
  • Ensure AI applications are secure, reliable, observable, maintainable, and production-ready.
  • Troubleshoot, optimize, and continuously improve application performance and AI workflows.

MUST-HAVE SKILLS

  1. Azure AI Foundry and Azure OpenAI
  2. RAG, Prompt Engineering, and Agentic AI frameworks such as LangChain, Semantic Kernel, and CrewAI
  3. Strong hands-on Python development experience
  4. Snowflake, SQL, and enterprise data integration
  5. Enterprise API and Microservices Development

  • Demonstrated experience integrating AI solutions with cloud-based data platforms and enterprise systems.
  • Strong software engineering fundamentals, including API design, microservices, testing, debugging, and deployment.
  • Experience working in enterprise environments with cross-functional teams and production workloads.

IDEAL CANDIDATE

The ideal candidate is a hands-on AI engineer and full stack developer who can independently build intelligent applications and AI agents using Azure AI Foundry and Azure OpenAI. The candidate should be comfortable integrating Snowflake-based data platforms, developing AI workflows and data pipelines, and taking solutions from design and development through production deployment.
