Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Review all closing documents to ensure all closing documents are signed and notarized correctly
- Prepare a copy of all the closing documents for the homebuyers to keep as their records
- Give the homebuyers a warranty booklet
- Issue the keys to the homebuyer once they have been approved by the Escrow Officer
