Registered Nurse (RN) – New Graduate Opportunity

Southwest Healthcare Rancho Springs Hospital and Inland Valley Hospital is hiring New Graduate Registered Nurses in our Med/Surg/Tele units. The New Grad Program Starts August 10, 2026 RN New Graduates will experience 12 weeks of didactics, hands-on learning, and clinical preceptorship. Application period: June 9th- June 23rd / or once 300 applications are received. Interviews will be scheduled for early July. We will reach out to you directly to schedule an interview. This posting provides all necessary information regarding the program. To be considered for an interview you must have an active California RN License or NCLEX test date prior to July 31, 2026. Full time positions are available at BOTH hospitals, shifts are dependent upon department needs.

Southwest Healthcare Inland Valley Hospital in Wildomar, California, is a licensed 122-bed facility accredited by the Joint Commission. It is Southwest Riverside County's only designated Trauma Center and a county-designated Paramedic Base Station. The hospital performs more than 4,000 surgeries a year and has an average of 4,000 Emergency Department visits per month. The hospital features a Bariatric Weight-Loss Surgery Center of Excellence and the region's only Total Joint Center.
