Job description

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Regional Sales Manager (RSM) for the Northeast Territory, Case Packing, and Palletizing Sales Team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in industrial sales, a proven record of meeting and exceeding sales targets, existing customers, and be a hunter/developer for new accounts within the territory. Applicants must reside within the Northeastern region of the United States to be considered for this remote RSM position.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company goals
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the assigned territory
  • Actively seek out and develop new accounts.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers.
  • Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends
  • Providetechnical expertise and support to customers: on Case Packing and Palletizing systems.
  • Prepare and deliver sales presentations, proposals, and contacts
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional
  • Monitor and report on sales performance, including forecasts and budgets.
  • Participate inindustrytradeshows, conferences, and network
