The Area Sales Director will lead sales growth across the Northeast territory while managing key distributor relationships and driving expansion across residential and commercial channels. This individual will play a critical role in strengthening market presence, developing partnerships, and leading regional sales strategy. Requirements Proven experience managing wholesale distribution relationships within the HVAC, plumbing, heating, or related industries Strong understanding of residential and commercial sales channels Experience working with manufacturers, rep agencies, or distributor sales organizations Established industry relationships and knowledge of key market players throughout the Northeast Demonstrated success leading regional or territory sales growth initiatives Bachelor's degree in business, engineering, or a related field preferred.
