Seaman Corporation is a manufacturer of high-quality industrial coated fabrics, based in Northeast Ohio for over 75 years. Our manufacturing facility promotes a collaborative and innovative atmosphere, and we celebrate our team-based approach. Manufacturing is the core of our business.
We are currently looking for a Utility Relief for D Shift, 7:00p - 7:00a.
As of March 1, 2026, we have transitioned to a 24/7 rotation with a 4:3 schedule. Must be able to work within that schedule. Day shift will be 7a-7p; night shift will be 7p-7a.
This position will be trained in all areas of the plant and will provide support where needed. Some responsibilities include:
  • Promoting safety by following procedures and practices
  • Delivering blended compounds in timely manner to each production line in order to run efficiently
  • Documenting pick list information, printing and attaching pigment ticket to pick list
  • Assuring sample testing meets specifications
  • Learning all facets of running coating lines
  • Material Handling
  • Inspecting all products
