A Taste of What You’ll Do​

As a Brand Marketing Manager for Ready-to-Drink (RTD) focused on High Noon brand, you’ll take the lead on shaping and growing a high-impact brand within a dynamic and competitive category. This individual contributor role sits at the center of strategy and execution, partnering closely with senior leadership to bring bold marketing visions to life while staying grounded in consumer insight, data, and performance. You’ll influence everything from Innovation, Creative & Media, and brand planning to ultimately position how the brand shows up across media, partnerships, commerce, and real-world experiences.

In this role, you’ll guide cross-functional teams and agency partners through the development and execution of integrated marketing plans that build brand equity and drive profitable growth. You’ll own the annual business review for your brand, translating trends and insights across consumer, customer, channel, and competitive landscapes into actionable recommendations. From shaping brand architecture and creative platforms to evaluating ROI and optimizing future plans, your work will have a direct impact on both short-term results and long-term brand health.

You’ll also play a critical role in stewarding budgets and managing trade-offs across the marketing mix, ensuring resources are invested where they matter most. Through close collaboration with sales, commerce marketing, and regional teams, you’ll help bring strategies to life in-market and ensure brand consistency across channels. This is an opportunity to blend strategic thinking, creative leadership, and strong business acumen to deliver meaningful consumer experiences and elevate the RTD portfolio.

What You’ll Need​

  • Master's degree plus 3 years of marketing, agency, brand ambassador, tasting room, bartender/mixology, restaurant management or spirits sales experience reflecting increasing levels of responsibility; OR Bachelor’s degree plus 5 years of marketing, agency, brand ambassador, tasting room, bartender/mixology, restaurant management or spirits sales experience reflecting increasing levels of responsibility; OR Bachelor’s degree plus 4 years of Gallo Spirits BU experience reflecting increasing levels of responsibility; OR High School diploma or State-issued equivalency certificate plus 7 years of marketing, agency, brand ambassador, tasting room, bartender/mixology, restaurant management or spirits sales experience reflecting increasing levels of responsibility.
  • Required to travel up to 50% of the time to designated business locations and to support in-market expectations in order to effectively perform essential job responsibilities.
  • Knowledge of the on-premise channel.
  • Experience managing multiple external agencies.
  • Strong analytical & financial acumen.
  • Ability to influence management, lead cross-functional teams, and work through others.
  • Ability to effectively manage competing priorities and operate with a sense of urgency.
  • Excellent written & verbal communication skills.
  • Required to travel to company offices, sites, and/or meeting locations for onboarding, training, meetings, and events for development, department needs, and business delivery up to 5% of the time, with or without reasonable accommodation.
