Job description

"We don’t just clean RVs—we deliver luxury on wheels. If you take genuine pride in perfection, we want you on our team!"

About the Role

Are you obsessed with the little details? Do you get a rush of satisfaction from transforming a vehicle into a flawless, showroom-ready masterpiece?

We are looking for a driven, detail-oriented RV Detailer to care for our fleet of high-end luxury RVs. Our clients expect nothing short of excellence, and we pride ourselves on delivering standard-setting quality. If you have an extraordinary eye for detail, a strong work ethic, and a passion for working with top-tier vehicles, this is your chance to shine!

What You’ll Do

  • Exterior Excellence: Perform white-glove exterior washes, high-gloss waxes, paint buffing/polishing, and protective coatings on high-end luxury RVs.
  • Interior Perfection: Deep clean, sanitize, detail cabinetry, and restore interior living spaces so they look and smell brand new.
  • Quality Assurance: Meticulously inspect every nook and cranny to ensure each RV meets our high standards before customer pickup or delivery.
  • Maintain the Space: Keep detailing bays, equipment, and tools organized, clean, and in top working condition.

What We’re Looking For

  • Unmatched Attention to Detail: You catch the spots others miss. Perfection is your standard, not an after-thought.
  • Pride in Your Work: You treat every high-end RV as if it were your own.
  • Energy & Stamina: Comfortable working outdoors/indoors, using ladders, and staying active throughout the day to work on large, luxury vehicles.
  • Positive Attitude & Reliability: You bring high energy to the shop floor, take direction well, and show up ready to win every day.
  • Experience: Prior auto or RV detailing/buffing experience is a strong plus, but top-notch motivation and an eagle eye for detail are what matter most!

Perks & Compensation

  • Competitive Pay: $15.00 – $20.00 / hour (based on experience and skill).
  • Great Culture: Work alongside a supportive team that values quality over quick fixes.
  • High-End Fleet: Get hands-on experience with state-of-the-art luxury RVs.
  • Growth Potential: We recognize hard work and love rewarding our top performers!

Ready to Join the Best?

If you have the drive to deliver pristine results and want to work with luxury vehicles, apply today! Send us your resume or work history, and let’s build something great together.
