Continuousintegration/continuousdelivery (CI/CD) using latest DevOps tools and innovative methods Works well in a team environment as an individual contributor Communicate and collaborate well with teams in IT and business organizations within the company Deploy, manage, and troubleshoot containerized applications using Kubernetes and container orchestration platforms (e.g., EKS, AKS, GKE, or on-prem Kubernetes) Support application deployments across cloud and on-prem environments, ensuring high availability, scalability, and reliability Diagnose and resolve infrastructure, deployment, and performance issues across distributed and microservices-based systems Be a critical thinker with good problem solving Strong time management skills with an ability to multi-task Strong written and verbal communication skills Participate in an on-call rotation to provide after-hours support for production systems and ensure timely incident response and resolution. Basic Skills and Qualifications Bachelor's Degree required from an accredited, in-person, not for profit university or college A track record of commitment to prior employers 5+ years'experiencewith managing heavy web traffic sites using mass scale architecture with a developer focus Solid sizing and estimation techniques for small to medium size tasks and projects Infrastructure as code using CloudFormation, Terraform or similar platforms Someexperiencein AWS or Azure or Google cloud Experiencewith enterprise monitoring tools in areas of APM, system vitals, synthetics, and RUM. Heavy scripting support (PowerShell), Bash, Ruby, Groovy Experiencewith any SQL or No SQL databases Experience configuring Content Delivery Networks (CDN) for performance caching and global traffic management. Familiarity with infrastructure foundation components of large networks in AWS and on-prem (e.g., systems & network administration, DNS, hypervisors, containers, databases, multi-datacenters). Hands-on experience with Kubernetes and container orchestration in production environments Experience with application deployment strategies (rolling, blue-green, canary) and production troubleshooting in containerized environments Experience with CI/CD tools such as Azure DevOps, Jenkins, or similar platforms. Preferred Skills and Qualifications Programming languages / some development background with either Java, C#, Python, or NodeJS Server-less architecture methodologies Familiarity withPCIcompliance and remediation Mobile application support (iOS, Android) Experiencewith REST APIs or Microservicesdevelopment Agile methodologies and working on short sprint cycles Experience with Kubernetes observability tools such as Prometheus, Grafana, and centralized logging (e.g., ELK stack).
