Job Summary and Responsibilities
As our Registered Nurse (RN), you will be a pivotal healthcare professional, delivering compassionate, high-quality care that truly impacts our patients' well-being and recovery.

  • Incorporates knowledge of the nursing process (patient centered, goal oriented care that includes assessment, nursing diagnosis, planning, implementation or intervention, and evaluation) and the professional standards of nursing into daily practice
  • Provision of care is consistent with evidence based practices and principles of infection control
  • Assesses and interprets patient status/information based on knowledge of growth, development and age; recognizes changes based on patient assessment
  • Prioritizes, initiates, and delegates appropriate interventions based on assessed patient need; evaluates the outcome of responsibilities delegated to others
  • Demonstrates ability to administer medication and treatments safely and effectively based on specific patient needs.
  • Demonstrates the ability to use, maintain, & troubleshoot patient care equipment.

Job Requirements
Required
  • Registered Nurse: MN, upon hire and
  • Basic Life Support - CPR, upon hire and
  • Advanced Cardiac Life Support, within 12 - months and
  • Pediatric Advanced Life Support, within 12 - months and
  • Trauma Nurse Core Course, within 12 - months or
  • Comprehensive Adv LS Provider, within 12 - months
