Job description

We are seeking a Quality Engineer to join our team!
Responsibilities:

  • Create and improve automated systems and processes
  • Perform first piece inspection, in-process inspection, final inspection, and incoming receiving inspection as required
  • Help to Develop Quality Plans for specific jobs as required
  • Utilize automated inspection equipment such as Hexagon Global CMM, Keyence Vision System, and Faro Arm to optimize inspection processes.
  • PC-DMIS programming to improve accuracy and efficiency in Automated quality checks.
  • Maintain a clean and safe work environment
  • ​​Qualifications:

  • Previous work experience in quality control.
  • Familiarity with CAD or other related software
  • Strong attention to detail reading blueprints and checking parts to print.
  • Strong analytical and critical thinking skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Knowledge of various inspection equipment such as calipers, micrometers, comparators, etc.
  • Document all technical procedures and user guides
