Non-union construction subcontractors often face challenges such as competing with union contractors for projects, ensuring compliance with safety regulations, and managing variable workloads due to the project-based nature of the industry. Effective communication, strong project management, and staying current with industry regulations are crucial for overcoming these challenges.
