6 month contract, hybrid 2-3 days per week in - office supporting our airline industry client.
Key Responsibilities

  • Review content for grammar, spelling, punctuation, clarity, tone, and adherence to editorial, brand, and user experience standards.
  • Identify broken links, outdated references, inconsistent terminology, formatting issues, and duplicate information.
  • Validate that metadata, tags, ownership fields, and other required content fields are complete and accurate.
  • Perform basic accessibility checks, including heading structure, descriptive link text, image alt text, and content scannability.
  • Confirm that CMS updates reflect approved content and stakeholder feedback.
  • Document defects, inconsistencies, and recommended corrections.
  • Partner with Content Operations to resolve issues before publication.
  • Flag content requiring additional clarification or stakeholder review.
  • Support pre-publication and post-publication quality assurance checks.
  • Help maintain QA checklists, editorial standards, and repeatable content-review processes.

Required Qualifications
  • Experience in proofreading, copy editing, content QA, digital content review, communications, or a related field.
  • Excellent command of grammar, punctuation, editorial style, tone, and plain-language writing.
  • Strong attention to detail and the ability to identify inconsistencies across digital content.
  • Experience reviewing web, intranet, knowledge-base, or digital-workplace content.
