What will I bedoing?

u Build and maintain strong relationships with community organizations, service providers, and key stakeholders

u Serve as the primary liaison between internal teams, service providers and community partners

u Facilitate collaboration and alignment across diverse stakeholder group

u Develop and execute comprehensive community engagement strategies aligned with organizational goals

u Establish engagement standards, frameworks, and best practices across regions or programs

u Define project scope, timelines, deliverables, and success metrics

u Track and evaluate engagement activities and project outcomes

u Establish systems to monitor accountability and ensure adherence to engagement standards

u Collect and analyze community feedback to inform improvements

u Identify gaps, risks, and opportunities for enhancing engagement efforts

u Implement process improvements and innovative engagement approaches
