Project Manager - Construction
Location: Across multiple NY locations on-site
Salary Range: $120,000-160,000

Job Summary
The Project Manager is responsible for planning, coordinating, and overseeing construction projects from initiation to completion. This role ensures projects are delivered on time, within budget, and in compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory requirements.
Key Responsibilities
  • Manage all phases of construction projects, including planning, execution, and closeout.
  • Develop and monitor project schedules, budgets, and resource plans.
  • Coordinate with clients, contractors, consultants, and internal stakeholders.
  • Ensure compliance with project specifications, building codes, and safety regulations.
  • Monitor project progress and address risks, issues, and delays proactively.
  • Review contracts, change orders, and project documentation.
  • Conduct site visits and project meetings to ensure work quality and progress.
  • Prepare and present project status reports to management and clients.

Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of project management experience in the construction industry.
  • Strong knowledge of construction methods, budgeting, scheduling, and contract management.
  • Proficiency in project management software (e.g., MS Project, Primavera P6).
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Certifications
