• Conduct thorough assessments of clients' social, emotional, and psychological needs, utilizing standardized assessment tools and individualized questionnaires.
• Deliver both individual and group therapy sessions grounded in evidence-based practices tailored to the unique challenges faced by students and their families.
• Design and implement comprehensive service plans that articulate clear goals, measurable objectives, and therapeutic strategies for clients.
• Advocate for clients' rights and access to necessary resources, ensuring they have ample support systems in place to foster long-term well-being.
• Engage in program development initiatives, contribute to evaluation processes, and assist in grant reporting to secure ongoing funding for our services.
• Collaborate with educational institutions, community organizations, and local agencies to enhance service delivery and resource availability.
• Participate in team meetings, professional development trainings, and community outreach activities to foster a cohesive work environment and encourage best practices.

This role primarily focuses on providing mental health services to students and their families within school environments. The LCSW will work with a diverse demographic, including children and adolescents facing various challenges such as anxiety, depression, behavioral issues, and trauma. The goal is to empower these individuals through therapeutic interventions that promote resilience and social-emotional skills, ultimately contributing to their academic success and personal growth.

• A Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.
• Current and active state licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).
• Strong understanding of social justice principles, advocacy practices, and trauma-informed care methodologies.
• Exceptional communication, empathy, and organizational abilities to effectively manage client caseloads.

• Experience working in a nonprofit organization or within educational settings is highly preferred, providing a deeper understanding of the systemic issues faced by clients.
• Knowledge of local community resources and networks to enhance service delivery.
• Familiarity with evidence-based therapeutic techniques and a demonstrated ability to apply them effectively in a clinical setting.
