What is a non lifting?

A Non Lifting job refers to a position that does not require employees to lift heavy objects or engage in strenuous physical labor. These roles are often found in office environments, customer service, administrative work, or other settings where the primary duties involve sitting, standing, or light movement. Non Lifting jobs can be suitable for individuals seeking less physically demanding work due to medical reasons or personal preference. Employers may specify 'non lifting' to clarify the physical requirements of the role in job descriptions.

What are common challenges faced in a non lifting role, and how can they be managed effectively?

In a Non Lifting role, one common challenge is maintaining productivity and engagement when much of the work is sedentary or repetitive, such as administrative tasks or monitoring operations. Adapting to varying paces of work and being flexible with task assignments can also contribute to a more positive work experience in this role.
