LifeBridge Health is seeking a Board-Certified or Board-Eligible Non-Invasive Cardiologist to join our growing and collaborative cardiovascular program in Westminster , Maryland.
This is an excellent opportunity for a cardiologist seeking a primarily outpatient-focused practice with the opportunity to provide some inpatient cardiovascular care. The position offers the opportunity to develop meaningful longitudinal relationships with patients while working alongside experienced cardiologists, APPs, and multidisciplinary cardiovascular teams.

We are comprised of five main healthcare facilities-Sinai Hospital, Northwest Hospital, Carroll Hospital, Levindale Hebrew Geriatric Center and Hospital, and Grace Medical Center-as well as numerous primary care and specialty offices.
LifeBridge Health's network includes many field-leading experts in cardiology, capable of diagnosing and treating a wide array of heart-related conditions. LifeBridge Health has 30 employed and/or affiliated cardiologists, with the LifeBridge Health Medical Group representing 22 cardiologists across General Cardiology, Electrophysiology, Interventional Cardiology, and Invasive Diagnostic Cardiology.
We provide the full spectrum of advanced cardiac care, including high-risk PCI, TAVR, right- and left-sided EP ablations, and extensive cardiac, vascular, and thoracic surgical services.
You will be part of a collaborative and collegial group of physicians, APPs, and support staff with access to a comprehensive cardiovascular referral network and the full spectrum of cardiovascular subspecialty expertise. Join Us, Care Bravely!
Job Summary

  • Full-time Non-Invasive Cardiologist
  • Mix of Outpatient and inpatient non-invasive responsibilities
  • Mix of new patient consultations, established patient follow-up, preventive cardiology, and management of cardiovascular disease
  • Limited inpatient responsibilities to support continuity of care and the overall cardiovascular program
  • Five-day workweek
  • Shared cardiology call coverage, approximately 1:5 weekends, with APP support
  • Collaboration with inpatient cardiology and cardiovascular subspecialists
  • Access to a comprehensive cardiovascular diagnostic and procedural network
  • Opportunity to participate in quality improvement, clinical education, and cardiovascular program development
  • Guaranteed base salary plus bonus potential
ClinicalResponsibilities
The Non-Invasive Cardiologist will primarily provide outpatient cardiovascular care, including:
  • Evaluation and management of new and established cardiology patients
  • Diagnosis and management of coronary artery disease, hypertension, heart failure, valvular heart disease, arrhythmias, cardiomyopathies, and other cardiovascular conditions
  • Interpretation and utilization of non-invasive cardiovascular testing as appropriate
  • Preventive cardiovascular care and risk-factor modification
  • Development of longitudinal relationships with patients and referring providers
  • Coordination of care with primary care and cardiovascular subspecialists
  • Providing appropriate inpatient consultation, rounding, or coverage as part of the group's shared responsibilities
  • Supporting transitions of care between the inpatient and outpatient settings
  • Collaboration with APPs, nurses, and other members of the cardiovascular care team
  • The position is designed to provide a predominantly ambulatory cardiology practice, while maintaining meaningful participation in the broader cardiovascular program.
Qualifications
  • Board-Certified or Board-Eligible in Cardiovascular Disease
  • Strong clinical and interpersonal skills
  • Preferred experience or training in echocardiography, including TEE, and interpretation of nuclear cardiology studies
  • Commitment to high-quality, patient-centered cardiovascular care
  • Maryland medical license or eligibility for Maryland licensure
  • Eligible for hospital privileges at the applicable LifeBridge Health facility

Compensation
This role offers a competitive, guaranteed base salary of $400,000-$600,000, dependent upon specialty, board certification, experience, and other applicable factors. There are additional wRVU and quality incentive opportunities.
