This is a full-time, 100% on-site position located in Independence, Ohio. Candidates must currently reside within a reasonable commuting distance of our Independence facility. This position is not eligible for remote or hybrid work.

Position Summary
Weโ€™re looking for a Data Analytics Specialist to join our on-site team in Independence, Ohio.
In this role, youโ€™ll transform complex data into clear, actionable insights that drive operational performance across departments. Youโ€™ll work closely with operations, finance, and leadership to design interactive dashboards, analyze KPIs, and support data-driven decision-making that impacts the companyโ€™s success.
Key Responsibilities
  • Design, build, and maintain Tableau (and other) dashboards and visual reports that track business performance and key metrics.
  • Collect, organize, and analyze data from multiple internal systems to identify patterns, trends, and opportunities for improvement.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to define reporting needs and translate business questions into meaningful analytical outputs.
  • Write and optimize SQL queries to extract, validate, and transform data from relational databases.
  • Ensure accuracy, consistency, and reliability across all data sources and reporting tools.
  • Develop and maintain documentation of data sources, visualization logic, and dashboard design standards.
  • Communicate insights in a clear, actionable way to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Support ad hoc data requests and provide data-backed recommendations to improve efficiency and outcomes.
Qualifications
  • Minimum of an Associateโ€™s degree in Data Analytics, Statistics, Business Intelligence, or a related field
  • Proven experience using Tableau to create dashboards and interactive reports (required).
  • Experience with Power BI, Alteryx, or other BI tools (preferred).
  • Intermediate understanding of SQL and relational databases.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.
  • Excellent communication and documentation abilities.
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented, with a proactive, self-driven mindset.
  • Comfortable working on-site in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
