YOUR ROLE IN THE BRIGHTSTAR UNIVERSE

As a Computer Operator, you'll play a key role in keeping our systems running smoothly around the clock. You'll collaborate with technical teams and support critical operations that ensure reliability and performance.

In this role, you will:

  • Monitor Brightstar's enterprise systems in a 24/7 operational environment
  • Support product development, systems integration, and lottery operations teams
  • Execute daily operational checklists and ensure tasks are completed accurately
  • Generate and review reports to ensure accuracy and clarity before distribution
  • Identify and escalate system issues quickly and effectively
  • Assist in system recovery efforts to restore normal operations
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to maintain seamless service delivery

At Brightstar, we consider a wide range of factors in determining compensation, including background, skills, experience, and work location. These factors can cause your compensation to vary. The estimated starting compensation range for this role is $19.00. The actual pay offered may be higher or lower. The Company complies with all local pay requirements and collective bargaining agreements, where applicable.

Base pay is one part of our Total Rewards program. Non-exempt roles are eligible for irregular discretionary bonuses. In addition, we offer employees a 401(k) Savings Plan with Company contributions, health, dental, and vision insurance, life, accident, and disability insurance, tuition reimbursement, paid time off, wellness programs, and identity theft insurance. Note: programs are subject to eligibility requirements.
