Job description

You will serve as a PROGRAM SPECIALIST (NON-DESTRUCTIVE TESTING) in the NON-DESTRUCTIVE TEST DIVISION (Code135) of PEARL HARBOR NSY AND IMF.Qualifications:For the GS-12: Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-11 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: overseeing non-destructive testing (NDT) projects to ensure compliance with technical standards and program policies and evaluating and enhancing technical procedures and processes of NDT operations to increase or improve program effectiveness.
For the GS-11: Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-09 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: evaluating or monitoring procedures, analyzing technical requirements, and recommending solutions to improve a non-destructive testing (NDT) program to improve training and accomplish project objectives.
