As Xradar’s Junior Service Coordinator, you will make an impact on our organization by managing the day-to-day schedules of our team of technicians & providing superior customer service to our clients. You will often be the first line of enquiry for clients who are looking to book jobs, have their queries answered or have problems that need to be solved. 


You will be a key member of our team & join the company at an exciting time of incredible growth. Career opportunities will there for the right candidate.

As a Coordinator, your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

  • Answering the phone & responding to client emails in a timely fashion
  • Identify customer needs, clarify information, and provide solutions to best help our clients.
  • Entering bookings into our system in a consistent & detailed fashion
  • Assign technicians to jobs as per skill level, availability, response time, and proximity to the location.
  • Organizing and optimizing technicians’ daily schedules.
  • Preparing quotes requested by customers and from project specifications & take offs.
  • Obtaining detailed information from clients and setting realistic expectations by informing our clients about the abilities or limitations of Xradar’s technology and services.
  • Sending job order information as required and debriefing technicians where relevant.
  • Checking in daily with our technicians to see how work progresses on site
  • Be able to advise the clients on pricing & provide rough estimates.
  • Liaising with intercompany departments to schedule multi-service jobs.
  • Provide office support functions to our local office including arrangement of administrative tasks to support the offices functioning and technicians in their day-to-day.


Other tasks related to this role include;

  • Conducting customer research/feedback
  • Conducting marketing calls & sending follow-up emails
  • Help with invoicing
  • Provide support to other business units if appropriate/as required

On your resume, we will be looking for the following:

  • 1+ years of coordinating or related experience.
  • Demonstrated experience in customer service, client engagement and conflict resolution.
  • Highly proficient computer skills including comfort with G-Suite, web-based applications, Zoho and MS Office Suite.
  • Fluency in French is an advantage
