Summary

In this role, you will design, develop, implement, and support intelligent automation solutions that improve operational efficiency, enhance reporting capabilities, and drive business outcomes across the organization. You will partner with business and technology stakeholders to identify automation opportunities, modernize processes, and deliver scalable solutions leveraging Microsoft Power Platform and UiPath technologies. You will contribute hands-on technical expertise while supporting enterprise automation standards, governance practices, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Responsibilities

Design, develop, test, deploy, and support intelligent automation solutions using Microsoft Power Platform and UiPath technologies

Partner with business stakeholders and technical teams to gather requirements, analyze business processes, and identify automation opportunities

Develop and maintain solutions leveraging Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, Dataverse, AI Builder, UiPath Studio, UiPath Orchestrator, and related technologies

Support automation and modernization initiatives by transforming manual and repetitive processes into efficient, scalable, and sustainable solutions

Participate in all phases of the solution lifecycle including design, development, testing, deployment, support, and continuous improvement

Ensure automation solutions align with enterprise standards for security, reliability, maintainability, performance, and scalability

Collaborate with technical teams to integrate automation platforms with APIs, databases, cloud services, enterprise applications, and third-party systems

Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to workflows, integrations, automation orchestration, and platform performance

Support project delivery activities including timeline management, issue resolution, stakeholder communication, and deliverable execution

Develop dashboards, reports, and analytics solutions that improve operational visibility and support business decision-making

Communicate technical concepts, recommendations, and project updates effectively to both technical and non-technical audiences

Provide knowledge sharing, technical guidance, and collaborative support to automation team members and business partners

Support automation governance, documentation standards, Center of Excellence (CoE) practices, and operational excellence initiatives

Research and evaluate emerging automation, artificial intelligence, and low-code technologies to identify opportunities for innovation and continuous improvement

Qualifications

Relevant degree preferred

3 or more years of experience developing and supporting automation solutions using Microsoft Power Platform, UiPath, or related intelligent automation technologies required

Experience with Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, Dataverse, AI Builder, UiPath Studio, and UiPath Orchestrator required

Experience analyzing business processes and identifying automation opportunities that improve efficiency and business outcomes required

Experience developing integrations with APIs, databases, cloud platforms, enterprise applications, and third-party systems required

Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills with the ability to resolve workflow, integration, and automation platform issues required

Experience developing dashboards, reporting, and analytics solutions to support operational visibility and decision-making required

Knowledge of automation governance, documentation standards, security principles, and Center of Excellence (CoE) practices preferred

Strong communication and collaboration skills with the ability to work effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders required

Ability to manage multiple priorities and contribute to multiple projects simultaneously required

Experience supporting automation initiatives through all phases of the solution lifecycle required

Knowledge of emerging AI, automation, and low-code technologies preferred

Experience working in Agile delivery environments preferred

Estimated Hiring Range:

At Vizient, we consider skills, experience, and organizational needs in our compensation approach. Geographic factors may adjust the range estimate and hires typically fall below the top range. Compensation decisions are tailored to individual circumstances. The current salary range for this role is $102,400.00 to $179,000.00.
