Role: Technology Lead - Java / J2EE
Duration: Full time / Permanent
Location: Cary NC / Warwick RI

Qualifications Basic
Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.
At least 4 years of experience with Java J2EE technologies
Preferred
At least 5 years of experience in J2EE application development, maintenance and testing.
At least 4 years of experience working with Bizflow, Angular JS framework preferred.
Domain knowledge of Insurance
At least 5 years of experience in software development life cycle.
At least 4 years of experience in translating functional/non-functional requirements to system requirements and technical designs.
Contribute to requirements elicitation, creation of application architecture document and creation of design artifacts; deliver high quality codes, support activities related to implementation and transition;
Analyze and resolve issues to ensure high quality deliverables at each stage of SDLC
Perform design and code reviews, independent testing, change management processes, implementation activities and post implementation support.
Ability to contribute to estimations and scheduling the projects.
Support client interfacing activities and create the relevant reports in a timely manner.
Excellent written & verbal communication
Strong Analytical skills
Experience working with offshore/onshore resources
Ability to work in team environment and client interfacing skills.
Experience and desire to work in a Global delivery environment.
