What is a non CDL felony friendly job?

'Non CDL Felony Friendly' jobs refer to employment opportunities that do not require a Commercial Driver’s License (CDL) and are open to applicants with a felony conviction in their background. These positions are often in industries like warehousing, delivery driving (using smaller vehicles), manual labor, or customer service. Employers offering these jobs are more willing to give individuals with felonies a second chance, although specific qualifications and restrictions may still apply depending on the nature of the conviction and company policies.

What types of roles are typically available for non CDL felony friendly positions, and what can I expect regarding team structure and support?

Many organizations also offer opportunities for advancement as you gain experience and demonstrate consistent performance.

What are the key skills and qualifications needed to thrive as a non CDL felony friendly driver, and why are they important?
