Job description

AI /Python/Node.js/Typescript Developer
Detroit, MI or Austin, TX
Duration: 12 Months+
 
Rate: Open We’re looking for developers who can build AI agents across Glean and Slack. Specifically, we need folks who can take enterprise workflows (IT, HR, MFG, Supply Chain, etc.) and turn them into operational agents using LLMs, RAG, and API integrations.
Core skills needed:
 
  • Building Glean agents (conversational flows, task automation, RAG patterns, tool calling)
  • Building Slack agents using Bolt, workflows, functions, events, and API integrations
  • Strong Python/Node/TS engineering background
  • Experience with LLM frameworks (LangChain, LangGraph, or equivalent)
  • Ability to create a reusable agent boilerplate for multi-step reasoning
  • Integrating with enterprise systems (Workday, Jira, Salesforce, ServiceNow, etc.)
  • Understanding of security, governance, and logging requirements at enterprise scale
