  • Motivate and mentor team members, share engineering best practices, and support managers in guiding individual career growth.
  • Establish and uphold standards for code quality, testing, peer reviews, documentation, security, accessibility, and release readiness.
  • Identify and resolve complex technical issues across development, build, testing, and deployment workflows.
  • Participate actively in Agile delivery activities, including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, backlog refinement, reviews, and retrospectives.
  • Communicate technical direction, risks, trade-offs, and progress clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Skill Requirements

  • Strong proficiency in JavaScript, React.js, Redux, Node.js, Webpack, and related front-end development tools.
  • Strong understanding of modern front-end build pipelines, package management, modular architecture, and development workflows.
  • Demonstrated experience building enterprise-grade, responsive web applications.
  • Proven ability to lead the delivery of large-scale, high-quality systems.
  • Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to understand business requirements and convert them into effective technical designs and implementation plans.
  • Experience working in Agile environments with shared accountability to a software development team.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with a record of making sound technical decisions and clearly explaining trade-offs.

  • Experience with front-end testing frameworks and libraries such as Jest, React Testing Library, Jasmine, Mocha, or Chai.
  • Knowledge of application security, web performance analysis, and front-end performance tuning.
