What You'll Do:

As a DeltaV Instrument and Control Systems Specialist, you will help drive reliability, performance, and continuous improvement across our plant automation systems. This role offers hands-on work with DeltaV systems, control strategy optimization, and plant reliability initiatives in a collaborative industrial environment. Other duties include:

  • Support and maintain DeltaV control system hardware and software
  • Perform firmware updates, patches, system upgrades, and lifecycle management
  • Monitor and improve control loop performance using Emerson Insight and related tools
  • Configure and maintain alarm management systems
  • Support network security, user management, and system reliability
  • Develop control strategies, loop documentation, and system standards
  • Partner with E&I teams to improve preventive maintenance and reduce downtime
  • Utilize tools such as ValveLink to support reliability and outage planning

What We're Looking For:

  • Associate's degree in Engineering, Automation, Electrical Technology, or related field
    5+ years of industrial automation/control systems experience
  • Experience with DeltaV systems required
  • Experience with DCS or PLC systems in industrial/manufacturing environments
  • Rockwell ControlLogix experience is a plus
  • Knowledge of HMI systems, industrial networking, and safety systems preferred
  • Strong troubleshooting skills with a collaborative, team-oriented mindset
  • Positive attitude, friendly demeanor, and a team player
