Job description

No Soliciting is an exclusive, high-end bourbon bar for members to gather, share stories, enjoy cocktails, and discuss conquering whats next.

We are looking for experienced Servers to join our team in providing exceptional service to our members and their guests. The right person for this role will have extensive serving experience in an upscale full-service environment.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Greet guests promptly and in a professional manner.
  • Guide guests through all phases of their dining experience.
  • Maintain expert knowledge of our menu and offerings.
  • Practice up-selling and suggestive selling when taking orders.
  • Manage groups efficiently through attentive service and precise order taking.
  • Demonstrate proper service techniques and delivery of food and beverages.
  • Oversee table maintenance and coordination of service with fellow team members.
  • Input accurate orders in the POS system according to Company procedures.
  • Support organization, cleanliness, and safety of the entire space.
  • Appropriately communicate with management and other service staff regarding guest needs or incidents.
  • All other duties assigned by the management team.
  • Positive attitude and excellent communication skills.
  • Proven experience as a server in an upscale full-service restaurant.
  • Advanced knowledge of wine and spirits preferred.
  • Ability to meet the physical demands of the position, including, walking, standing, and/or lifting heavy items for extended periods of time.
  • Available to work a flexible schedule that includes nights and weekends.
  • Ability to follow proper cleanliness and hygiene procedures.
  • Must work with a sense of urgency while maintaining attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.
