Job description

Seeking a full-time legal assistant. Immediate opening at a mid-sized, established Oakland County law firm representing public school districts, public school academies, intermediate school districts, and community colleges across the state.

Professional telephone etiquette, strong organizational skills, attention to detail and accuracy necessary. Excellent writing, grammar, editing and proofreading skills needed. Ability to work collaboratively, to multi-task, and to prioritize short-term and long-term projects. Experience with legal document management systems preferred. Proficiency in Office 365, using MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook required.

This position is full-time, Monday through Friday 8:30am-5pm.

Minimum two years of experience preferred.
