Experience using Workday Recruiting, Eightfold or similar ATS platforms Ability to obtain a U.S Government clearance We are seeking a Talent Acquisition Business Partner (TABP) for the Aeronautics sector, who is ready to play a critical role in building the teams that power the mission. This role is designed for a strategic talent partner who thrives at the intersection of business partnership, talent strategy, and organizational impact. We're looking for a TABP to own the full cycle of recruiting in our world-class Aeronautics organization. This person will partner directly with hiring managers to build pipelines and hire high-quality technical talent and play a key role in shaping how the company will grow the workforce.
