What This Role Really Is
This is not a traditional salesperson role.
As a Customer Experience Specialist, your job is to:
  • Create a great first impression
  • Guide the customer through the early stages of the buying process
  • Build trust, gather information, and set the deal up for success
You are the foundation of the sale.
You are not responsible for closing the deal alonewe work as a team. Once the customer is ready, youll transition them to a manager to finalize everything.
