Familiarity with hand tools, safety equipment, and, in some cases, completion of OSHA or workplace safety training is beneficial. Dependability, teamwork, and effective communication are crucial soft skills that help newcomers integrate smoothly into trade environments. These qualities enable individuals to quickly adapt, maintain safety, and contribute positively to productivity in hands-on, collaborative trade settings.
