Roles and Responsibilities
  • Conduct clinical mental health assessments and screenings for incarcerated individuals
  • Develop, implement, and modify individual treatment plans
  • Provide mental health treatment, crisis intervention, and therapy
  • Maintain detailed documentation in healthcare records
  • Ensure confidentiality and ethical standards are upheld
  • Collaborate with correctional and healthcare staff to deliver care

Job Requirements
  • Master's degree in Social Work, Psychology, Mental Health Counseling, or related field
  • Current licensure (LCSW, LPC, LMFT) in California - Required
  • Minimum 2 years of clinical experience
  • Must be at least 21 years old
