Full-Time Tow Truck Driver

Prime Towing and Recovery LLC is looking for an experienced, dependable, and professional Full-Time Tow Truck Driver to join our team.

Tow Truck Experience Required.

This position involves providing towing and roadside assistance services, including roadside breakdowns, accident tows, jumpstarts, lockouts, tire changes, and other roadside assistance needs.

Schedule & Availability

  • Full-time position
  • Monday–Friday: 6:00 PM–6:00 AM on-call availability *Night*
  • Weekends Every other weekend
  • Must be available to respond to calls during scheduled on-call hours
  • Towing is a 24/7 industry, and flexibility is important

Responsibilities

  • Respond to roadside assistance and towing calls in a timely and professional manner
  • Safely tow and transport vehicles
  • Provide accident towing and recovery services
  • Assist customers with vehicle breakdowns
  • Perform jumpstarts and battery assistance
  • Perform vehicle lockouts
  • Change tires and provide basic roadside assistance
  • Properly operate and maintain tow trucks and towing equipment
  • Complete required paperwork and service documentation
  • Provide professional and courteous customer service
  • Follow all company safety procedures and applicable laws and regulations

Qualifications

  • Previous tow truck experience is required
  • Must live in or surrounding Pocatello
  • Valid driver's license
  • Clean driving record preferred
  • Experience with light-duty towing and roadside assistance
  • Ability to safely operate tow trucks and towing equipment
  • Ability to work independently and make sound decisions in the field
  • Strong communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to work in varying weather and roadside conditions
  • Must be dependable, punctual, and professional
  • Must be able to work the required on-call schedule, including every other weekend
