Junior Python Developer

Our team of hackers and engineers have experience spanning centuries of research, development, and operations missions - across desktop, mobile, IoT, and embedded platforms. Kudu Dynamics, a Leidos company is uniquely qualified to anticipate tomorrow's threats and build the next generation of capabilities.

Minimum Requirements:

  • US Citizenship with TS/SCI and Counter-Intelligence Polygraph clearance
  • 1-3 years of experience in Python development
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Computer Engineering, or related field
  • Experience scripting in Python and shell scripting
  • Familiarity with Git/GitLab version control and CI/CD concepts
  • Basic understanding of REST APIs and web applications
  • Familiarity with Linux environments and command line tools
  • Experience with PostgreSQL or similar databases
  • Exposure to containerization technologies such as Docker
  • Ability to troubleshoot software issues in a collaborative environment
  • Strong willingness to learn new technologies and mission domains
  • Self-starter requiring moderate supervision
  • Intelligent, proactive, and driven to achieve results

Specific Duties:

  • Develop and maintain Python-based backend services and tooling
