Job description

Lexus of Naperville is seeking professional, top- notch and driven Greeter/Cafe Barista to join our team! If you are a believer of integrity and customer satisfaction, we would love to speak to you. No experience necessary, we will teach you the skills needed to have a fulfilling and successful career in the automotive business. Perfect for local college students and retirees! Four weekday and Saturdays (required), with one week day and Sunday's off. Open availability. Flexible on the weekdays. Position pays $16 per hour. Plenty of opportunity for growth. 

YOU WILL:
- Welcome customers to the dealership with a warm and friendly attitude
- Provide excellent customer service and answer any questions or concerns
- Take orders and prepare a variety of coffee and other beverages in the café
- Maintain a clean and organized café and work area
- Assist with stocking and restocking café supplies
- Communicate with other departments to ensure a smooth and efficient flow of customers
- Build and maintain positive relationships with customers
- Provide additional support to other departments as needed
YOU HAVE:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in customer service and/or food and beverage service is preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
- Attention to detail and ability to multitask
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new procedures and technologies
- Availability to work on weekends and holidays as needed
