America's Auto Auction is a rapidly growing company headquartered in Camel, IN. We are one of the nation's premier auto auction groups with sites across 19 states. What you'll do:
The CR Writer/Inspector provides efficiency on condition reports and post-sale inspection. The CR Writer/Inspectors exhibit superior customer service. Willing to work in all weather conditions and outside.
  • Review vehicle inspection data and photos to write detailed condition reports.
  • Identify damage, wear, or discrepancies using provided guidelines and industry standards.
  • Ensure reports meet internal quality control standards and client requirements.
  • Work with field staff and inspection teams to clarify findings when needed.
  • Submit timely, polished reports that support vehicle sales, leasing, or valuation processes.
  • Complete 20 to 30 condition reports daily
  • Work as PSI or Arbitration inspector on sale day.
  • Performs other duties as necessary.

Requirements
  • High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
  • At least 21 years of age.
  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
  • Ability to use digital devices and mobile applications.
  • Ability to pay attention to detail.
  • Ability to frequently stand, sit, walk, bend, stoop, squat, and lift up to 40 lbs.
  • Ability to drive frequently.
  • Ability to work outdoors continuously.
  • Ability and comfortability to be around fumes or odors that are from vehicles under maintenance.
  • Ability to work in various weather conditions such as: rain, snow, heat, etc.
