Retail Sales Associate - No Experience Necessary - Paid Training - This is an in-person sales role.

Responsibilities:

  • Greet and assist customers, providing a high level of customer service and ensuring a pleasant shopping experience.
  • Recommend cellular and wireless products based on customers’ needs and desires, and demonstrate product features.
  • Process transactions accurately.
  • Contribute to team efforts by achieving related results as needed.


Qualifications:

  • Experience in retail sales or customer service preferred.
  • Strong communication skills and a friendly, engaging personality.
  • Flexibility to work weekends.


Pay Scale and Benefits:

  • Pay range of $600-$1000 weekly.
  • Commission: Performance-based commission for meeting or exceeding sales targets.
