Overview

We’re looking for a detail-oriented, hardworking RV Detail Technician to join our team. This role is perfect for someone who takes pride in transforming vehicles inside and out, enjoys hands-on work, and understands the importance of delivering a spotless, ready-to-go RV to every customer.

Key Responsibilities
  • Clean, wash, and detail RV exteriors, including roofs, awnings, windows, wheels, and body surfaces
  • Perform full interior detailing: vacuuming, dusting, sanitizing, carpet/upholstery cleaning, and appliance wipe-downs
  • Inspect RVs for cosmetic issues and report any damage or needed repairs
  • Apply protective treatments such as wax, sealants, and conditioners
  • Operate pressure washers, buffers, extractors, and other detailing equipment safely
  • Maintain a clean, organized work area and follow all safety procedures
  • Assist with lot organization, RV staging, and occasional light shop tasks
  • Ensure each RV meets company quality standards before customer delivery or showroom display
Requirements:
  • Previous detailing experience (automotive, RV, marine, or similar) preferred but not required
