RV Country is looking for skilled RV Technicians to join our team! In this role, you'll use your mechanical know-how to diagnose, repair, and maintain RVs, helping our customers get back on the road and enjoy their adventures. If you enjoy problem-solving, hands-on work, and being part of a team that takes pride in quality repairs, this could be the perfect fit for you!
Job Responsibilities
  • Examine and diagnose RV problems.
  • Discuss repairs with shop foreman or RV service advisor.
  • Communicate additional service requests to RV service advisor.
  • Plan work procedures in cooperation with shop foreman.
  • Provide labor time estimates to RV service advisor.
  • Monitor repair time and update RV service advisor regularly.
  • Maintain strict adherence to dealership policies on RV care and operation.
  • Complete story and/or documentation for client repairs.
  • Attend company and factory training.
