Job description

Experienced RV Technician
Do you have hands-on experience in RV repair and maintenance? Are you confident in diagnosing and fixing a wide range of RV systems-from plumbing to electrical and beyond? If so, Miller's RV wants you on our team!
We're seeking a full-time RV Technician with proven experience in the field. You'll be responsible for diagnosing and repairing all major RV systems, performing inspections, and helping our customers get back on the road with confidence.
Key Responsibilities
  • Diagnose and repair issues in all RV systems including:
    • Electrical (12V and 110V)
    • Plumbing (fresh, gray, and black water)
    • HVAC systems
    • Propane systems
    • Slide-outs, awnings, appliances, and more
  • Perform pre-delivery inspections (PDIs) and service write-ups
  • Collaborate with service advisors and other team members for efficient repair flow
  • Maintain clear documentation of diagnostics and repairs in service software
  • Maintain a clean, organized work area and uphold shop safety standards
Requirements
  • RV technician experience required-must have experience in diagnosing and repairing multiple RV systems
  • Strong troubleshooting skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Valid driver's license and clean driving record
  • RVIA/RVDA certification is a plus but not required
