As the next property manager 14, you will be responsible for: Directing the appraisal process for statewide projects, excess and railroad property, wetland mitigation sites, condemnation parcels and special projects for the Statewide Appraisal Program.

Scheduling work assignments, setting priorities and directing the work of staff by providing clear continuous direction, feedback and measurement for the Local Public Agency Real Estate program and the Statewide Real Estate Quality Assurance program teams. Experience Four years of professional experience in real estate equivalent to a Property Analyst, including two years equivalent to a Property Analyst P11 or one year equivalent to a Property Analyst 12.
