What You'll Do:
  • Ensures that our building's common areas and apartments are clean and sanitary to quality standards.
  • Light cleaning in apartments, common areas and thorough cleaning of bathrooms twice per week.
  • Deep clean apartments for turnovers to wipe down/sanitizing all surfaces of apartment, refrigerator in and out, cupboards in and out, baseboards, windows, etc.
  • Report any defects, maintenance concerns, or stains that cannot be removed to Maintenance Supervisor
  • Complete other cleaning tasks as requested by Maintenance Supervisor
  • Keep inventory of supplies well stocked.
  • Support community pride through a polished, high-quality appearance
  • Contribute to a warm, home-like atmosphere for residents and visitors

What You'll Need:
  • High school diploma or GED, preferred
  • Minimum of one year of housekeeping, cleaning, or custodial experience, required
  • Ability to meet the physical requirements of the role (lifting, standing, reaching, etc.)
