Job description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform general physical labor on construction and demolition job sites.
  • Clean and prepare job sites by removing debris, rubble, and materials.
  • Assist skilled trades and other team members as needed.
  • Use hand and power tools appropriately and safely.
  • Final clean-up of completed areas, including detailed cleaning of surfaces, windows, fixtures, and flooring.
  • Handle and store materials properly; pick up and secure tools and equipment daily.
  • Follow all job site safety procedures and report any hazards or violations immediately.
  • Maintain a clean and safe worksite through attention to detail and constant awareness of surroundings.


Qualifications:

  • Must be 18 years or older.
  • Must be able to read, write, and speak English fluently.
  • No experience required - we are willing to train candidates who are coachable and eager to learn.
  • Prior experience in construction, demolition, or job site cleaning is a plus.
  • Must be able to:
    • Lift 50-70+ lbs.
    • Work outdoors in all weather conditions.
    • Work in, on, around, and under equipment and structures.
    • Climb ladders, work on lifts, and use scaffolding.
  • Must wear personal protective equipment (PPE) at all times.
  • Job Sites are located throughout New England, so all applicants must have reliable transportation and be willing to travel as needed.
  • Must be punctual, responsible, and work well with others.
  • High regard for safety and cleanliness is essential.
