Employers may provide on-the-job training to help new radiographers develop their skills and confidence.

To thrive as a No Experience Radiographer, you typically need a degree or diploma in radiography or medical imaging and a willingness to learn practical skills on the job. Familiarity with imaging equipment such as X-ray or CT scanners, and basic knowledge of patient management systems, is beneficial, and most employers require current registration with a recognized radiography body.
